Independent doesn't have to mean alone.

PracticeCore AI started with one observation: the practice management software dentists use every day was written before the iPhone existed. The interfaces are dense and unforgiving. The workflows assume a 2003 office. The pricing assumes you will never grow.

The longer we looked, the more that seemed like the smaller problem. The larger one is what owning a practice has turned into. The dentist who owns the office is also the employer, the backup for the billing desk, the analyst, and the person who finds out on Thursday what went wrong on Monday. Many good dentists eventually decide that price is too high, and sell.

We don’t think relief from running a practice should require giving the practice up. A large share of the work around the dentistry repeats and follows rules, and software can now do it. The decisions about patients, people and how the place is run should stay with the people in the building.

So we built PracticeCore AI as one platform that does that work, with one launch price (1% of what you collect, and no stake in your practice) and one promise: you can leave with all of your data, or self-host the whole thing on your own hardware if you want to. General availability is June 2027.
